Bits may be returned within 14 days in new condition, in the original packaging for exchange, credit, or refund.
Bits returned opened with the original packaging will be considered used and will incur a $15.00 restocking fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sales are final on all rubber bits as well as Hackamores.
